CHAIR WILSON announced the consideration  of SENATE BILL NO. 120,                                                               
"An Act relating to administration  of psychotropic medication to                                                               
a patient  without the patient's informed  consent; and providing                                                               
for an effective date."                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
He noted  that the  committee heard  an overview  of the  bill on

SENATOR GIESSEL moved  to report SB 120,  version 31-LS0866\S  as                                                               
amended,  from  committee  with  individual  recommendations  and                                                               
attached fiscal note.                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR  WILSON  found  no  objection and  the  CSSB  120(HSS)  was                                                               
reported  from the  Senate Health  and  Social Services  Standing                                                               
Committee.
